EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a form of psychotherapy developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro with a focused approach to treating trauma and other symptoms using therapist directed lateral eye movements to access the traumatic memory network.


TRE - Trauma Release Exercises - is a somatic body-based practice developed by Dr. David Berceli for people suffering from stress, anxiety, trauma, or Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The exercises allow your body to discharge pent-up tension and trauma naturally.
